Diet Plan 1: Quick Weight Loss*

This program is tailored for those that wish to reduce weight quickly and safely. It’s very simple; replace all your daily meals with 5-6 servings of Nutridiet per day for a period of 3 weeks and you’ll be surprised how fast you will get results!

Remember to drink 2-3 liters or 8 glasses of water per day. You can also have some low calories vegetables such as cucumber, lettuce & broccoli to curb your cravings. Exercise is encouraged but in moderation, 30 minutes walking or swimming for 3-5 times a week is recommended.

Diet Plan 2: Moderate Weight Loss

Nutridiet’s Moderate Weight Loss Program is tailored for those that wish to reduce weight at a steadier pace. On this program, you replace 2 meals per day with 3 Nutridiet Shakes.

Which of your 2 meals you replace is up to you to decide. Refer to the sample eating plans below for an idea of our Moderate Weight Loss Program, and suggestions on what to eat for your remaining meal.

Continue to drink 2-3 liters or 8 glasses of water per day. Exercise 3 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes to help you reach your weight loss goals more efficiently.

We recommend you to stay on this program for about 4 weeks. For this, you will need 3 shakes per day for 30 days (90 shakes), that is 6 boxes of Nutridiet.

Diet Plan 3: Weight Maintenance

Nutridiet’s Maintenance Program is tailored for those that wish to maintain their current weight. You may have reached your goal weight and are afraid of falling back into bad habits, or you are happy with the weight you’re at now and don’t want to risk gaining kilos. Nutridiet is a great tool to help you manage your current weight and curb any cravings and urges you may get to overeat.

On the Maintenance Program, you replace 1 or 2 of your snacks or meals throughout the day. Maintain your regular exercise routine or moderate to intense exercise, a minimum of 30 minute cardio activities for 3-4 times a week.

It is up to you how long you stay on this program. Why don’t you start with 3 boxes with a total of 45 sachets, this will last you 3 weeks.

Note for everyone: Please note that fatigue, hunger, moodiness, and headache can be experienced during the first days of your new diet regime while the body is getting used to the reduced intake of calories. This will normally disappear after a few days. Loose bowel can be experienced during episodes of your diet, which is completely normal.
